Making Tax Digital - Are you Ready?

VAT registered businesses with a taxable turnover above the VAT threshold are required to use the Making Tax Digital service to keep records digitally and use software to submit their VAT returns from 1 April 2019 - www.gov.uk

Recept has extensive book keeping experience using Quickbooks accountancy software - one of the approved packages capable of submitting VAT returns directly to HMRC through their approved portal. We can arrange to either create your accounting system from scratch, or upload existing Excel spreadsheets in order to create online records from which you can submit compliant returns. It is also possible to grant access to your accountant to allow for audits and annual report and accounting procedures.
